However, their unwavering commitment and resilience finally paid off, and in March 2022, they were finally able to celebrate their special day at the elegant Crowne Plaza Pacific in Terrigal. Stef and Rob had meticulously planned their wedding, envisioning a day filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. However, the unexpected arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic forced them to put their plans on hold. With travel restrictions, gathering limitations, and health concerns, they had no choice but to postpone the event.
Jen from Madden & Co. Events did the most fantastic job re-coordinating the date, madly trying to find a day, that was available with each one of the vendors that were booked for the wedding. And just as the new date was announced, another Lockdown was on the way. So the re-coordination had to start all over again, for a second time. It was heartbreaking news for Stef and Rob, but their love remained unyielding.

Embracing Uncertainty

Despite the disappointments and uncertainties that loomed over their heads, Stef and Rob remained determined to make their wedding dreams come true. They chose to focus on what truly mattered – their love and the commitment they shared. This period of waiting allowed them to reflect, grow closer as a couple, and strengthen their bond in preparation for the big day.

Third Time Lucky

After enduring months of uncertainty, Stef and Rob’s patience and perseverance were finally rewarded in March 2022. Stef and Rob exchanged vows in a heartwarming ceremony at the picturesque Lord Ashley, overlooking Terrigal Beach. Surrounded by family and friends who had eagerly awaited this moment, the couple’s joy was palpable. From the elegantly decorated venue to the emotional speeches and heartfelt moments, every aspect of their wedding was a testament to their enduring love and the unwavering support of their loved ones.

A Celebration to Remember

Stef and Rob’s wedding was nothing short of magical. With the biggest show stopper being Stef in her breathtaking wedding dress by Kel-Leigh Couture. With a 4-meter long train and an even longer veil, it surely turned heads and made Rob even tear up a little, when he shared his ‘First-Look’ moment with Stef prior to the ceremony.

But wait, there is more. Two postponements left plenty of time for Stef to get organised. She decided last minute, that she wanted a second dress to change into once the formalities were done. One that wouldn’t hold her back from the fun and action she was planning to have on the dancefloor. After Rob & Stef’s first dance, she quickly snug away with her girlfriends for the outfit change and a sneaky Tequila, and returned with another surprise for Rob, that left him speechless.

From the stunning ocean views, the luxurious ambiance to the presence of their closest friends and family, the day could have not turned out more perfectly. The atmosphere was filled with love, laughter, and an overwhelming sense of gratitude.
